Check out my spring entertaining essentials and add these to your home and kitchen this season!
Does anyone else have Spring Fever?!
Once March rolls around in Texas, the weather turns from dreary and chilly to sunny and 70, and I am SO. READY. I can’t wait to wear sandals and wedges (after a pedicure, of course), eat outside, attend outdoor concerts, plant flowers, and just spend more time outside. And although I will for sure complain about losing an hour of sleep from Daylight Savings, I can’t wait for more sunlight in the day! Also, is anyone else inspired by the pastels trending in the fashion world? I’m SO ready to wear my pastel pink jeans! 🙂
I also can’t wait to entertain more this spring! Nick got these outdoor lights for his birthday and we are excited to hang them in our backyard. We also can’t wait to bust out our cornhole boards and host an outdoor party!
With spring parties on my mind, I’ve pulled together my favorite dining and entertaining pieces for the home and kitchen this season! P.S. follow me on Pinterest and check out my Spring Baking board for baking inspiration this season!
Monogrammed Napkins | Everyone needs a set of white, classic monogrammed dinner napkins. I love white because you can mix and match with other napkins and they go ANY color of plates and tablecloths! Just be sure to get them in the washer immediately after your dinner to prevent stains from setting. 🙂 I have these linen hemstitch Pottery Barn napkins! You can get them monogrammed from the store, or take them somewhere local for a more customized monogram.
Floral Jacquard Napkins | Speaking of mixing and matching your napkins, these blue floral napkins would be beautiful to alternate with the white monogram napkins! Add some napkin rings, chargers, and a white tablecloth and you’ve got yourself a dinner party!
Pink Goblet Drinking Glass | I am so in love with colored drinking glasses. They can add the perfect subtle pop of color to your tablescape! We received some beautiful green ones from Crate & Barrel for our wedding (sadly no longer available), and I use them any time we have people over for dinner. These pink Juliska ones are so feminine and perfect for spring!
Aqua Drinking Glass | Okay, I told you I’m obsessed with colored glasses! How adorable are these glasses with the hobnail detail?! They are such a unique shape and the color is perfect for spring and summer!
Charles Lane Kate Spade Bowls | How beautiful are these blush bowls?! They would be the perfect hostess gift! Fill them with Easter candy or spring décor (like painted eggs) to place around the house. Or they would be great to use on your table to fill with sauces and dips!
Cookie Cutters | Decorating cookies is not only for Christmas time! Making and decorating cookies would be a fun activity to add to your Easter traditions! My recipe for sugar cookies and royal icing is coming soon, I promise! 🙂
Le Creuset Flower Dutch Oven | I want this lavender Dutch oven to use for Easter! Perfect for macaroni & cheese, a potato side dish, or green bean casserole… and SO gorgeous on your table!
Cake Stand | This Lenox cake stand has the sweetest beading and scalloped edges! So feminine and perfect for Easter and spring wedding and baby showers! My Pink Prosecco Cake would look so lovely on it. 🙂
Throw Blanket | This organic cotton throw is super cozy yet still lightweight… perfect for a chilly spring evening! The color “Mist” is my favorite (pastel, duh) and I love the herringbone pattern. Super cute to throw on your couch or at the end of a bed when guests are visiting!
Scalloped Serving Bowl | Scallops and pastel pink… are you surprised?! This serving dish is perfect for a pasta, salad, or any side dish.
Gingham Napkins | Napkins are such an easy way to update your table for a different season! These would also be great for mixing and matching and to add a pop of color to your table. The pink gingham just screams SPRING!
So tell me, what are you most looking forward to this spring?!
